If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it from the login screen.
You can cancel the process at any time. In this case, your old password will still be valid.
Please note
You can only reset your password if you can log in to the 4ALLPORTAL with your username and password.
It is not possible if you log in via an identity provider.
1. Reset your password
On the login screen, click 'Forgot password?'
Enter your username and click 'Send'. You will receive an email from 4ALLPORTAL.
Please note: The email address used is the one stored in the system for the username you entered.
Open the email and click on 'Change password'. The link will take you to the login screen where you can set a new password.
Please note: The reset link is only valid for a limited period of time.
2. Set new password
Enter and repeat your new password.
Please note: All password policy check marks must be green for your password to be accepted.
Click 'Save new password' and then 'Next to application' to login.
Troubleshooting
No email in the mailbox
If you have not received an email, please try the following solutions:
Check your spam folder in case the email ended up there.
Check the username you have entered:
The system uses the email address registered for that specific username.
If your username is not yet registered in the system, you will receive an error message.
