With a PDF overview, you can export multiple files together into a compact preview document in PDF format.
There are three different layouts available, depending on how many files you want to display per page or which metadata you want to show.
The PDF actions are displayed in the toolbox as soon as you have selected one or more files in the main view of the "Files" module.
The function is also available in the detail view of a file.

Create PDF overview
Depending on your needs, you can choose from three different layouts:
Small overview: 12 files per page, each with file name and cover sheet
Medium overview: 4 files per page, each with metadata and cover sheet
Large overview: 2 files per page, each with file name and cover sheet

How to create a PDF overview:
Select files:
Select the desired files using the checkboxes (tile view or list view).Start PDF action:
Click on the button with the desired layout in the toolbox:
"Large overview as PDF"
"Medium overview as PDF"
"Small overview as PDF"
Save:
Depending on your browser, the file will either be downloaded directly to your computer's default download folder or you will be prompted to save it.
Please note
You will not receive a true-to-life representation of the file, but rather a reduced preview.
Unsupported formats, damaged files, or unknown content will be replaced by a generic file icon.
