The tickets portal provides a company-wide view of all tickets that are open, in progress or closed. In addition to the status, you will find further information such as the current editor of a ticket or the creator (the person who started a conversation).
A ticket is always opened by the 4ALLPORTAL support team from a conversation, e.g. for a bug.

The tickets portal is only available to 4ALLPORTAL administrators.
Where do I find the tickets portal?
You can access the tickets portal from the start page of the 4ALLPORTAL Help Centre. If you click on the 'Tickets portal' banner, you will be automatically redirected to all tickets related to your company.
Alternatively, you can open the tickets portal via the 4ALLPORTAL Messenger. In the Messenger, click on 'Tickets' and then on the 'Go to tickets portal' banner at the top.
Requirements
You must be logged into your 4ALLPORTAL (have a current session)
You must have administrator rights in the 4ALLPORTAL
At least one ticket must have been created for your company
Tickets in the Messenger
In your Messenger, the 'Tickets' button will only show you tickets that have been created from a conversation with you personally.
For a company-wide overview, you need to visit the tickets portal.
Ticket details and history
If you open a ticket from the overview, you will see a detailed view with further information about the status (e.g. if the 4ALLPORTAL support team still needs information from you).
Below this you will find a button (depending on the ticket, e.g. 'View conversation' or 'Send us a message') which will take you to the conversation from which the ticket was created.
The conversation will open directly in your Messenger and you can see in detail why a ticket was created.
