The File transfer feature in the sidebar provides you with an overview of your personal uploads and downloads (= transfers). This also includes eTickets or PDF overviews created by you.
In the sidebar, you can track your recent transfers and resend or download items.
Please note
Module: In addition to quick access via your sidebar, the "File transfers" module is available with a larger view and additional options.
Rights: File transfer is an integral part of the system and is enabled by default for all users. Depending on the role, the administrator can hide the display in whole or in part.
File transfer in the sidebar
Click on the file transfer icon
(in the top right corner of the header) to open or close the file transfer in the sidebar.The file transfer in the sidebar lists your uploads and downloads chronologically β the most recent transfers are always at the top of the list.
Double-click on an entry to open a transfer in its detail view in the "File Transfers" module. You have additional options there.
Delete entire file transfer: Click on the
icon in the sidebar header to delete the entire list.Go to File transfers module: Click on the icon
in the sidebar header to open the File transfers module.
Transfer information
The following information is displayed for each entry directly in the list:
Type of transfer: Upload, download, quick download, eTicket, download package, PDF overview
Transfer creation: Date including time
Status: In progress, Successful (sent), Failed
Validity: Expired or deleted transfers are grayed out

Actions for a transfer
Move your mouse over an entry in the list to see the three-dot menu
. Click on it to perform different actions depending on the transfer type:
View: Click on the button
to open a transfer in its detail view in the "File transfers" module.Download/share again: Click on the buttons

will restart this transfer (depending on the type).Shopping cart: Click on the button
to add the object(s) from this transfer to the shopping cart (only eTicket and download package).Delete: Click on the button
to delete this transfer from the list (but not the objects themselves).

Why is an entry grayed out?
Grayed-out entries indicate that they are no longer available. This occurs two days after a download, two days after a PDF overview has been created, or two days after an eTicket or download package expires.How long does a transfer remain visible in the sidebar?
Transfers remain visible until you delete them manually.What does "In progress" mean?
A transfer is still in progress when the system is creating the necessary files or needs to convert them, for example.When I delete a transfer, is the file also deleted from the system?
No. You are only removing the entry from your sidebar.
