Mark your frequently used files as favorites to quickly access them via the sidebar at any time.
Select or deselect a file as a favorite
Switch to tile view in the Files module.
Click on the heart icon
on a tile to mark a file as a favorite. The heart will be highlighted in color.Click again to remove the mark.
All favorites marked in this way are automatically displayed in the sidebar.
Favorites in the sidebar
Click on the heart icon
at the top right of the header to open or close the favorites list.Newly set favorites are always at the top of the list.
Double-click on an entry to open a favorite file in its detail view.
Delete favorites
Delete individual entry: Click on the crossed-out heart
next to a list entry to remove the marking for that entry.Delete entire list: Click on the crossed-out heart
in the sidebar header to delete the entire favorites list.
Please note
You can only open one favorite at a time in the sidebar. It is not possible to open all favorites at once or download them, for example. In such cases, always create a collection.
